• Fill multi-coloured balloons with confetti, blow them up, and drew a clock face on each with a marker.
• Scatter confetti and ribbons on the dining table.
• Set all the clocks to ring at midnight, and place them around the table.

Activity

• Play hide-the-clock : Have the adults conceal a ticking clock somewhere in your home, and get the kids to participate in the game by letting them find it.
• At the stroke of midnight, with the alarms ringing, pop all the balloons and rejoice as the confetti flew out.
